Candito 6 week program - I think I would have hit a PR if I maxed on week 5 instead of week 6. I felt great week 5, but fatigued on week 6. I also went for 500lbs for my max attempt, and I probably should've gone for 485lbs, but I really wanted to hit 500lbs.
